OFTEN DOES OUR COMPANY COME OUT?
Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available; If
you would like to receive information about service more or less often then once a week; please contact POOPAWAY at (919)550-2165
DO WE WORK THROUGH THE WINTER?
Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and
POOPAWAY continues to clean up and remove dog waste throughout the winter. Some customers prefer to put service on hold for
the cold months, although there may be an extra service charge for the first cleanup the following spring.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT SNOWS OR
rain or snowfall on a scheduled cleaning will result in a no pick-up, if possible the lawn will be cleaned within that same
week and no credit will be given because the driver will have extra amounts to pick up on the next pick-up.
WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?We do not work the following days:New Years Day,Memorial Day,Mr Poopaway's Birthday, Independence
Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.When a holiday falls on your regular service day. We will usually come the day before the
holiday and service should return to your normal day within 2 weeks.
Is There An Extra Charge For The First-Time Service? In some cases, there may be an extra charge for the first-time service if there is
a large accumulation of waste over time

SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE?
Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences,
please have your gate unlocked on your service day. Unfortunatley, We do have to charge for missed service calls due to a
locked gate. If you like you can give us the combination to your lock or we can lend you one of ours for the duration of your
service at no cost to you. No keys please, they are to confusing to try to remember which one goes where.
CAN WE WORK WITH YOUR DOG IN THE YARD?
If they don't mind, then neither
do we. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard. If you know that
your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask
that you restrain or confine the dog.We don't
want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
IF I WANT TO SKIP A SERVICE DAY?
You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip your
yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your
yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged .
HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to
clean the yard when we come to do our work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.
How do I know my dog will be safe from disease and bacteria?
As dog lovers and owners, we know the importance of keeping your dog happy and
healthy. And we are committed to the safety of all animals. All our tools are disinfected with a veterinarian-approved
solution between each customer's house.
HERE IS A SUMMARY OF HOW WE OPERATE POOPAWAY. WE HOPE THESE GUIDELINES
HELP AND MEET YOUR NEEDS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT BY FOLLOWING THEM
IT WILL HELP US TREMENDOUSLY IN SERVING YOU TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. DOODY
PATROL *YARDS WILL BE WALKED AND CLEANED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY .
*WASTE WILL BE BAGGED AND LEFT IN GARBAGE CANS OR CAN BE TAKEN AWAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1.00 PER WEEK.
*HEAVY RAIN OR SNOWFALL ON A SCHEDULED CLEANING
WILL RESULT IN A NO PICK-UP,IF POSSIBLE THE LAWN WILL BE CLEANED WITHIN THAT SAME WEEK AND NO CREDIT
WILL BE GIVEN BECAUSE THE DRIVER WILL HAVE EXTRA AMOUNTS TO PICK-UP ON THE NEXT PICK-UP.
*LEAVES IN FALL MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO SEE EVERYTHING SO PLEASE TRY
TO HAVE A LEAST ONE FALL CLEAN-UP DONE.

ARE BASED ON A MONTHLY BALANCE BILLING PROGRAM.|
*PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FIRST PICK - UP DAY OF EACH MONTH.
*INVOICE'S WILL BE MAILED ON THE 15th OF EACH MONTH.
*PAYMENTS ARE TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE 1st OF EACH MONTH, IF RECEIVED
AFTER THE 1st, THE RESULT IS A $15.00 LATE CHARGE AND SERVICE WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE COLLECTED IN FULL.
*CASH AND CHECKS ARE ACCCEPTED.
CHECKS HAVE $20.00 SERVICE FEE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY, AND CHECKS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT ON THAT ACCOUNT.
SHOULD GET A RECEIPT FROM DRIVER WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE.
*REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF POOPAWAY.

*AGGRESSIVE DOGS MUST BE LEFT INDOORS ON SCHEDULED
*GATE MUST BE FREE OF SNOW. EASY ACCESS IS NEEDED.
*PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AND LEFT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
*ONE DAY NOTICE ON ALL CANCELLATIONS.
